Wage adjustments:

Paid holidays: 10 days plus December holiday period.
Vacations with pay: Employees hired prior to Sept. 24, 2012: 80 hours after 1 year, 88 hours after 2 years, 140 hours after 3 years, 160 hours after 5 years, 180 hours after 10 years, 200 hours after 15 years, 240 hours after 20 years. Employees hired on or after Sept. 24, 2012: 80 hours after 1 year, 88 hours after 2 years, 96 hours after 3 years, 104 hours after 4 years, 112 hours after 5 years, 120 hours after 6 years, 180 hours after 10 years, 200 hours after 15 years, 240 hours after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day. Double time for all work on Sunday.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: 100% coverage for basic, maximum $2,800 per person per year. 50% for bridgework, dentures, orthodontic procedures, maximum $3,600 lifetime for orthodontics.
Vision: Coverage for every 24 months. $220 single-vision lenses, $275 for bi-focal lenses, for $345 multi-focal lenses, $230 for contact lenses. $85 maximum for eye examinations once per 24 months. $400 maximum lifetime (previously $345 lifetime maximum) for laser eye surgery.
Paramedical: $50 per visit, maximum $650 per year (previously $625 per year) for psychologist, psychotherapist or Master of Social Work.
Sick leave: 5 days while on probation, 21 days with full salary — 50% pay for the ensuing 42 days — after seniority reached.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 24-times base monthly salary.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 24-times base monthly salary.
Pension: Employees hired on or after Sept. 19, 2016 will belong to new defined contribution plan. Employee, employer contributions will be 4% per month; if employee contributes additional 1%, employer will provide extra 2%.
Seniority – recall rights: 48 months after 2 years, 60 months after 3 years, period equal to seniority plus 12 months after 4 years, 132 months after 10 years, period equal to seniority after 11 years.
Probationary period: 90 days within 12 consecutive months.
Safety shoes: $100 per year.
