Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2013, to March 31, 2017. Signed on Jan. 1, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2013: 3%
Effective April 1, 2014: 2.25%
Effective April 1, 2015: 2%
Effective April 1, 2016: 1.75%
Paid holidays:  12 days.
Vacations with pay: 1 ¼ days for every month in which the employee receives 10 days’ pay to start; 1 2/3 days for every month after 2 years; 2 1/2 days for every month after 10 years; 3 days for every month after 18 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours worked beyond regular hours or on a Sunday or holiday, double time for all subsequent hours. Can be taken as lieu time off to a maximum of 75 hours.
Sick leave: 1 ¼ days for each month in which the employee receives 10 days’ pay.
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months.
Call-in pay: Overtime rates or at least 4 hours at straight time rate.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay for each of the first 2 years of service and 1 week’s pay for each successive complete year of continuous employment.
Safety shoes: $200 per year boot allowance.
Tool allowance: Company will replace worn-out or broken tools used in the regular performance of work. Company will provide highly specialized tools if needed.
Sample rates of pay (current):
Assistant secretary manager: $70,708 rising in 6 steps to $83,251
Administrative assistant: $25.69 per hour rising in 6 steps to $30.23 per hour
Casual office/casual labourer: $19.72 per hour
Maintenance foreman: $42.54 perhour, rising in 3 steps to $45.53per hour
Housing  maintenance worker: $25.93 perhour rising in 3 steps to $27.74 per hour
Oil burner, mechanic, plumber, carpenter: $79,660 rising in 3 steps to $85,235
Editor’s notes: Vacation travel assistance: Payment for vacation travel each April 1 for cost of economy return airfare from Hay River to Edmonton for employee, spouse and dependants. Medical transportation:  $250 for medical or dental treatment out of Fort Resolution. Civic leave: 15 days leave with pay each year to serve as member of community council, public board or committee. Housing allowance: $450 per month. Utility allowance: $200 per month, September to March. Settlement allowance: $3,500 per year.
