Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2018. Signed on May 15, 2015.

Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 2016: 2.25%
Effective April 2017: 2.5%

Shift premium: $2.35 per hour for grandfathered former point leaders. 

Paid holidays: 11 days. 

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 13 years and 6 weeks after 18 years.  

Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 40 hours per week. 

Meal allowance: $10 after 3 hours of overtime. 

Pension: Employer contributes 85¢ per hour worked. 95¢ per hour effective June 1, 2016. $1.05 per hour worked effective June 1, 2017. 

Bereavement leave: 4 days for employee’s father, mother, spouse, child, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent or grandchild. 7 unpaid days when the service takes place more than 700 km from employee’s normal work location. 

Seniority – recall rights: 18 months. 

Probationary period: $800 lump sum paid to full-time employees following completion of the probation period. $400 lump sum paid to part-time employees.

Screening officer L1: $19.39 per hour
Screening officer L3.1: $21.71
Screening officer L3.2: $22.10
Screening officer L3.3: $22.51
Screening officer L3.4: $22.90
Team leader: $24.05
Point leader: $25.25
