Renewal agreement: Effective March 31, 2015, to March 31, 2018. Signed on March 31, 2015.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 3, 2016: 2.2%
Effective March 19, 2017: 2.5%
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 11 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked beyond normal shift. Time and one-half for hours on scheduled day off, double-time for hours on second or third consecutive day off. Time and one-half for regular shift hours on holiday, double time beyond regular shift length on holiday. Triple time after 11 hours on holiday.
Meal allowance: $16 when more than 2 hours of unscheduled overtime is worked.
Medical benefits: Company pays premiums for Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.
Pension: Company contributes $0.90 per hour worked to Prairie Teamsters Pension Plan, rising to $1 on March 19, 2017.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family. 5 additional unpaid days upon request. 3 unpaid days for death of aunt, uncle, or when employee is a pallbearer.
Call-in pay:
Minimum 4 hours at applicable overtime rate.
Safety shoes: $100 maximum reimbursed if company is unable to provide footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Uniforms supplied by employer without cost to employees.
Sample rates of pay (current):
Level 1 screening officer: $18.27
Level 3.1 screening officer: $20.16
Level 3.2 screening officer: $20.55
Level 3.3 screening officer: $20.95
Level 3.4 screening officer: $21.35
Team leader premium rate: $24.55
Editor’s notes: Parking allowance:  Employer pays 100% for staff parking at Regina International Airport. For employees hired after ratification, the employer pays 50%.
