Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2022. Signed on April 1, 2017. 
Shift premium: $1 per hour team-leader premium.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 4 years, 20 days or 8% after 9 years, 25 days or 10% after 14 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half after 8, 10, 12 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Sick leave: 2.7% of regular hours worked, maximum 80 hours.
STD: After 3 years or service, employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 
Pension: After 12 months of service, employer contributes 4%, employee contributes 4% to group pension benefit plan or group RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, spouse, common-law spouse, children, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, stepchildren, stepparents, grandchildren, grandparents, any relative who resides with employee). Additional 10 days may be granted without pay, if requested. 
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months.
Probationary period: 120 days or 240 hours worked, whichever comes first, following level 3 certification.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply, at its expense, uniform which it requires employees to wear. Employer will be responsible for ensuring uniform fits properly and will pay for any necessary alterations.

Editor’s notes: Extra skills: When employee takes first-aid or other course at request of employer, time spent will be work time and will be paid as such. Medical examinations: Once every 24 months, employer will contribute $50 (previously $25) for required CATSA medical examination. Parking: Employer will contribute 50% of cost of employee parking.
