Renewal agreement: Effective March 31, 2018, to March 31, 2020. Signed on March 31, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2018: 0%
Effective April 1, 2019: 0%
Shift premium: $2.30 per hour for each hour worked between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m., other than employees whose shifts times begin and end between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. $2.55 per hour shall be paid for each hour worked between 12:01 p.m. Saturday and midnight Sunday.
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: 105 hours to start, 140 hours after 18,200 hours, 175 hours after 45,500 hours. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of scheduled work week or work day. $2,998 per year (previously $2,911 per year) for conservation officers involved in delivering full range of regional programs in lieu of overtime compensation.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 
Vision: Coverage is provided at 80%, maximum $70, for eye examinations performed by ophthalmologist or optometrist when medicare plan does not cover such services. 100% of maximum covered expense of $150 for single-vision lenses and frames; $200 for bifocal lenses and frames; $250 for trifocal and progressive adaptive lenses and frames every 3 years.
Sick leave: 14 hours for each month of service; 7 hours per month for employees hired after May 4, 2004. Maximum 3,360 hours per 36,400-hour period of service; 1,680 hours for employees hired after May 4, 2004.
Life insurance: Coverage of 2 times current salary, maximum $1,000,000.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of mother, father, brother, sister, child, spouse, legal guardian, common-law spouse, children of common-law spouse, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, near relative living in same household. 1 day for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. 2 additional days where extraordinary circumstances prevail. 1 additional day if death occurs outside Labrador and employee resides in Labrador.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 consecutive months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 3 hours at overtime rate if period worked is not contiguous to scheduled working hours. $10 for transportation for each callback or appropriate kilometre rate. 
Probationary period: 910 hours. 
Severance: After 1 year of service, pay equal to amount obtained by multiplying number of years of employment by weekly salary, maximum 20 weeks’ pay. Effective March 31, 2018, no further accumulation of service for severance pay purposes.
Safety shoes: $75 per year employees required to wear safety boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide safety hats, safety-hat liners, safety knee pads, goggles, smoke masks, dust masks, other safety equipment necessary for safety and health of employee.
Mileage: $31.54 per kilometre.
