Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2018, to Aug. 31, 2021. Ratified on Nov. 20, 2018. Signed on Nov. 28, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective year 1: 0%
Effective year 2: 0.5%
Effective year 3: 1%
Shift premium: $0.55 per hour for employees working as teacher assistant or library assistant who have completed recognized teacher-assistant or library-assistant certificate. $0.55 per hour for secretary 1, IISR, IIAC, 3 and 4 who have completed a recognized administrative-assistant certificate.
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus 1 float holiday. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month, maximum 15 days, or 6% after 1 year, 1.67 days per month, maximum 20 days, or 8% after 7 years, 2.08 days per month, maximum 25 days, or 10% after 12 years. Maximum 5 days may be carried forward into new year, but unused days will be paid out on Aug. 31.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after regular hours, double time after 3 hours of overtime. May be taken as time off in lieu, but will be paid out at end of each year. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance program. Employer will provide $300 per year (previously $200 per year) for health benefit spending account.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for program equivalent to, Plan 3 vision 350/hearing 500 (Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan).
Sick leave: 2 working days per month, maximum 90 days accumulation. After third day of illness per year, employer reserves the right to require medical documentation before paying sick-leave benefits. Employees will be reimbursed for cost of documentation, maximum $50.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of parent, spouse, common-law spouse, sibling, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchild, former guardian, fiancé(e), son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, step-relations, any relative who has been residing in same household, any other individual for whom employee is required to administer bereavement responsibilities. 3 days for death of sister-in law, brother-in-law, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew. Additional 2 days if needed for travel. Additional 5 days may be given with partial loss of pay.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 3 hours at overtime rates.
Probationary period: 90 days worked, not to exceed 10 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Mileage: If employees are required to use their own vehicles for divisional business, employees will be paid at current divisional rate.

Employer will contribute additional matching amount, maximum $2,000. Fund residual will be carried forward from year to year.
