Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2019. Signed on Aug. 2, 2017.
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus 3 Christmas floater holidays.
Vacations with pay: Professorial faculty, professional resource faculty, science-lab instructors, science lab supervisors with full-time appointments: 44 days per year. English as additional language instructors with full-time appointments: 25 days per year. University preparation instructors with full-time appointments: 30 days per year. Faculty development coordinator and faculty school advisors with full-time appointments: 20 days per year during the first 5 years of service, 25 days per year during the sixth through tenth years of service, 30 days per year thereafter.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums.
Sick leave: 18 days per academic year. 
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, parent, guardian, grandparent, child, foster-child, brother or sister of employee or employee’s spouse, person residing with employee, family member for whom employee is primary caregiver.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months. 
Probationary period: 3 years. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Severance: The lesser of employee’s annual regular salary for each year of tenure-track or tenured service or employee’s regular annual salary.
