Grey-Bruce mental health workers join OPSEU

Services more than 2,000 patients

Sixty-four workers at HopeGreyBruce Mental Health and Addictions Services voted to join the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU).

HopeGreyBruce operates out of various locations across Grey and Bruce counties in the Bruce peninsula region of Ontario.

"This agency has a reputation for providing excellent mental health and addictions services,” said Ed Arvelin, chair of OPSEU's mental health division.

Established in 1985, HopeGreyBruce Mental Health and Addictions Services is a non-profit agency that serves approximately 2,000 clients through two addictions programs and eight community mental health programs.
