Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2019. Signed on March 31, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2015: 1%
Effective Feb. 1, 2016: economic stability dividend
Effective April 1, 2016: 0.5%
Effective Feb. 1, 2017: 1% + economic stability dividend

(Hourly wage rate for all LPNs will increase by $1 effective Sept. 1, 2017).
Shift premium: Evening shift: $0.70 per hour. Night shift: $3.50 per hour. Weekend premium: $2.30 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. Friday and 11 p.m. Sunday. Super shift: $1 per hour in addition to night and evening shift premiums.
Meal allowance: All meals paid by employer, when transporting patients.
Medical benefits: 100% premiums paid by employer.
Vision: $350 every 24 months.
Paramedical: Unlimited massage, physiotherapy coverage. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse including common-law, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents, grandchild, legal guardian, relative permanently residing in the employees' household). Additional 2 days travelling time if required.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year, 3 months or probationary workers. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours if no work, minimum 4 hours if work.
Probationary period: 487.5 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 1 week for every 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Provided and laundered by the employer.
Mileage: $0.52 per kilometre. Additional $50 per month for workers who regularly use personal vehicles while on the job.

Forensic nurse A (maximum security): $33.31
Forensic nurse B (minimum/medium security and FCLN): $32.41
Editor’s notes: Hearing aids: $1,000 per person every 5 years. Medical examinations: Employees may be required to take skin tests, X-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization, unless the employee’s physician has advised that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee’s health. Resiliency education: The employer will provide resiliency education for workers in high stress operations (April 1, 2016: $237,000; April 1, 2017: $150,000; April 1, 2018: $300,000).
