Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2019. Signed in May 2017.
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for lead hands. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks 8% after 9 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 21 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time after 2 hours. 
Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.
Sick leave: After 1 year, one-half day per month, maximum 30 days. 
Pension: Prairie Teamsters Pension Plan. Employer will contribute $4.30 per hour (previously $4.10 per hour) after 9 months’ employment. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, son, daughter, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepfather, stepmother). 
Seniority - recall rights: 12 months, 18 months after 5 years’ seniority. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at double time. 
Probationary period: 128 hours within 30 days. 
Uniforms/clothing: $400 per year (previously $375 per year). 
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 6% increase):
Warehouseperson: $24.17 rising 3 steps to $25.64
Editor’s notes: Bonding: Premiums for bonding will be paid by employer. Hazardous materials: If employees handle hazardous materials they will be supplied with any necessary safety equipment (rubber clothing, goggles, coveralls) to protect employee.
