Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 4, 2017 to Jan. 3, 2018.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for 4 p.m. to midnight. $1.70 per hour for midnight to 8 a.m.
Paid holidays: 13 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year up to 5 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 12 years, 5 weeks after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Double time for more than 8 hours on Saturday.
Meal allowance: $10 if worked more than 11 hours continuously. Additional $10 if worked more than 15 hours continuously.

Vision: Green Shield Vision Care Plan premiums paid by employer.

Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse or child. 3 days for immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, grandparents, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister or grandchild).
Seniority – recall rights: Seniority of 2 years or less: 2 years. Seniority over 2 years, up to 10 years: 4 years. Seniority over 10 years: 5 years .
Call-in pay: Minimum 8 hours, unless reason is beyond control of employer, then 4 hours.
Severance: 2 weeks per year up to maximum 52 weeks.
Safety shoes: $185 annual reimbursement.
Uniforms/clothing: Trousers/shorts or 2 cargo pants 3 shirts. Maintenance employees: 1 additional company-designated t-shirt or shirt.
