Paramedical: $700 per year for chiropractic coverage.
Pension: Pension benefits will be based on the average of the highest 5 years of earnings (previously 3 years). Employees will receive a 1% lump sum payment effective Jan. 1, 2017. 2% lump sum payment effective Jan. 1, 2018, each year until 2033.
