Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2018. Signed on Aug. 5, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 1.75%
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 1.75%
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1%

Shift premium:
$1.05 per hour worked between 4 p.m. and 12 a.m. $1.06 effective Jan. 1, 2017. $1.07 effective Jan. 1, 2018. $1.35 per hour worked between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. $1.36 effective Jan. 1, 2017. $1.37 effective Jan. 1, 2018. $1.60 per hour worked during a 12-hour night shift. $1.62 effective Jan. 1, 2017. $1.64 effective Jan. 1, 2018.

Paramedical:
$700 per year for chiropractic coverage.

Pension:
Pension benefits will be based on the average of the highest 5 years of earnings (previously 3 years). Employee pension contributions will be 7% below and 9% above the YMPE effective Jan. 1, 2017. 8% below and 10% above the YMPE effective Jan. 1, 2018. Employees will receive a 1% lump sum payment effective Jan. 1, 2017. 2% lump sum payment effective Jan. 1, 2018, each year until 2033.

MP6: $23.45 per shift turnover
MP5: $21.90
MP4: $20.65
MP3: $19.45
MP2: $18.15
MP1: $17.20

On-call: $20.75 for employees on call for any 16-hour period outside normal work hours. $27 effective Jan. 1, 2017. $27.25 effective Jan. 1, 2018. $41.50 for employees on call for any 24-hours period outside normal work hours. $53.95 effective Jan. 1, 2017. $54.50 effective Jan. 1, 2018. Family care leave: 10 days.
