Renewal agreement: Effective June 29, 2016, to Feb. 3, 2019. Signed on Sept. 2, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective first year: 0%
Effective second year: 0%

Shift premium: Lead hand: 105% of journeyman base rate. Foreman general foreman: 115% of journeyman base rate. General foreman: 25% of mechanical journeyman base rate. Crane: $0.20 per 10 ton for 66+ tons. Crane friction, brake and clutch system: $0.50 per hour. Chief steward: $2.50 per hour. Steward (without documentation): $1 per hour. Steward (with documentation): $2 per hour. Night shift: $3 per hour (previously $4 per hour). Multi-skilling bonus: $1 per hour. Alloy welder stainless: $2 per hour. Alloy welder chrome: $3 per hour. Alloy welder titanium: $4 per hour. First-aid ticket with CPR: $0.25 per hour. Advanced first aid: $0.50 per hour. Leadership for safety excellence (LSE): $0.25 per hour. Construction safety officer (ACSA) (includes first-aid ticket premium and LSE): $1 per hour. Construction safety officer (ACSA) (includes advanced first-aid premium and LSE): $1.25 per hour.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 6% pay. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day or 80 hours per pay period. 
Meal allowance: Hot meal provided for work more than 12 hours per day, or $20 if employer cannot provide a meal.
Pension: The union will establish a pension plan for the employees. Employer will make contributions of 6%.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Probationary period: 60 days. 
Safety shoes: CSA-approved safety shoes will be supplied by the employer. 
Uniforms/clothing: CSA-approved safety hats will be supplied by the employer. Gloves, safety glasses, fire-retardant coveralls, rain gear will be supplied by the employer. 
Tool allowance: Tradesmen will supply their own tools, all others to be supplied by the employer.
