Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2018. Signed on Oct. 20, 2016.
Shift premium: Foreman: 10% of highest paid classification supervised. Lead hand: 5% of highest paid classification supervised. Steward: $1 per hour. Steward with tool box 1: $1.25 per hour. Steward with tool box 2: $1.50 per hour. Steward with tool box 3: $1.75 per hour. Chief steward with tool box 2: $2.50 per hour. Chief steward with tool box 3: $3 per hour. Night shift: $1.75 per hour. Field mechanics: $1 per hour. Multiple tickets: $1 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 6% on each paycheque. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week. 
Meal allowance: Employees not scheduled in advance to work more than 12 hours in a day will be provided meal by employer (previously $20).
Medical benefits: Employees eligible to join CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund after 350 hours worked.
Dental: Basic services: 100% maximum $2,000 per person per year. Comprehensive: 50% maximum $2,000 per person per year. Orthodontic: 50% maximum $3,000 lifetime maximum per child younger than 19.
Vision: Younger than 21: $300 per year. Older than 21: $300 every 2 years.
STD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $600 per week payable after first day of accident or hospitalization and 14th day of illness, maximum 119 days. 
LTD: 60% of earnings, maximum $2,600 per month, per employee, payable after 119 days until age 65. 
AD&D: $100,000 coverage.
Life insurance: $100,000 coverage.
Pension: CLAC Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, father, mother, legal dependant, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren. 
Probationary period: 3 months. 
Safety shoes: All employees will wear CSA safety boots supplied by employee.
Tool allowance: Tradespeople will supply own tools common to trade. Specialty, power tools will be provided by employer.

Prescription safety eyewear: Employer will reimburse employee 50% of cost of prescription safety eyewear, maximum $300 if employee has worked 1,200 hours within past 24 months. For subsequent reimbursement, employee must have worked additional 4,000 hours from last time reimbursed.
