Renewal agreement: Effective March 23, 2017, to March 22, 2021. Signed on March 22, 2017.
Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: $0.70 per hour for all work on p.m. shift. $1.10 per hour for all work on midnight shift. $0.30 per hour for employees engaged as trainers. $1 per hour for employees engaged as shift coordinators. $1.50 per hour for employees engaged as certified tradespersons (electrician and instrument technicians; millwrights and welders; millwrights and machinists; millwrights and third- or second-class power engineers; electricians and third- or second-class power engineers; second-class engineers).
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks prorated to seniority date to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 20 years, 7 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all work after 8 hours per day. Double time for work on Saturday, double time and one-half for work on Sunday. 
Meal allowance: $10 for employees who work 2 or more hours of overtime continuous with regular shift.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Maximum $1,000 per year for basic services. Lifetime maximum $6,000 for restorative, orthodontic services.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $250 every 24 months for frames, lenses, fitting of prescription glasses and contact lenses for each insured person and for dependent children younger than 18. Maximum $1,000 lifetime for laser eye surgery for employees only. Maximum $60 per person every 24 months for eye examinations.
Paramedical: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $500 per year for physiotherapist. $350 per year for chiropractor, podiatrist, speech-language pathologist, psychologist. Maximum $1,200 reimbursement per year for all practitioners.
Weekly indemnity: 75% of wages during 26-week period.
Sick leave: 6 sick-day credits per year. Cannot be carried over year-to-year.
LTD: 60% of wages.
AD&D: Coverage of $83,000 (previously $81,500).
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $83,000 (previously $81,500).
Pension: DB pension plan for all full-time employees hired before March 23, 2010. Employer contributes 6%, mandatory employee contribution of 6% for DC pension plan for all full-time employees hired after March 23, 2010.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (wife, husband, daughter, son, mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents (of employee or wife), brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren) if funeral is in Alberta; 4 days if outside Alberta; 5 days if service is outside Canada. 1 day for death of aunts, uncles.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months.
Probationary period: 60 working days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year for verbal warnings, 2 years for disciplinary records.
Severance: 2 weeks’ earnings multiplied by number of years of seniority, maximum 30 years of seniority.
Safety shoes: $175 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Company will pay cost of providing, laundering 3 sets of uniforms (bearing union label) per week.

Production employee: $34.32 rising 3 steps to $35.35
Bottleshop rotation: $34.38 rising 3 steps to $35.41
Machine operator, logistics: $34.69 rising 3 steps to $35.74
Bottleshop utility operator: $34.69 rising 3 steps to $35.74
Brewing: $34.52 rising 3 steps to $35.57
Racking: $34.45 rising 3 steps to $35.49
Sensory analyst: $34.38 rising 3 steps to $35.41
Packaging quality analyst: $34.38 rising 3 steps to $35.41
