Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2019. Signed on March 20, 2018.
Shift premium: $1.75 per hour (previously $1.50 per hour) for evening shift (majority of shift falls between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m.). $2 per hour (previously $1.50 per hour) for night shift (majority of shift falls between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m.). $1.50 per hour for weekend shift (Saturday at midnight to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.).
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: Employee has not yet earned paid vacation, but may request unpaid time off at manager’s discretion to start, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 14 years, 6 weeks after 19 years. Additional 5 days after 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day. If overtime required exceeds 4 hours — either following or preceding employee’s scheduled shift — overtime rate will be adjusted to 2 times basic rate of pay for remaining overtime worked. May be taken as time off in lieu, but no later than 30 days from date overtime was worked.
Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal when overtime more than 4 hours is worked consecutively with regular hours of work.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. 80% reimbursement for maximum $2,000 per person per year for basic services. 50% reimbursement for maximum $2,000 per person per year for comprehensive. 50% reimbursement for maximum $3,000 lifetime maximum per child younger than 19 for orthodontic.
Vision: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. $300 per year for younger than 21. $300 every two years for older than 21.
Sick leave: 1 day per month, maximum 160 hours or 20 working days. Additional 16 hours of sick leave credits per year for staying home when child or dependant is ill, attending specialist appointment, unforeseen emergency.
LTD: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. 60% of earnings, maximum $1,500 per month per employee, payable after 119 days.
AD&D: Coverage of $50,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums for coverage of $50,000.
Pension: Employer will match employee contribution, maximum 4%, minimum 2%, to group RSP. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days (5 days for funeral outside of Alberta) for death of father, mother, legal guardian, spouse, child, sister, sister-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, father/mother-in-law, grandparents.
Call-in pay: Employees called in on emergency basis (fire, flood, major disaster) will be paid minimum 3 hours’ pay at overtime rates.
Probationary period: 500 hours or 6 months, whichever accumulates first. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: $50 per year for non-maintenance employees, $200 every 2 years for maintenance employees.
