Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2020. Ratified on June 12, 2018. Signed on Feb. 19, 2019.
Shift premium: $4 per hour for lead hand. $5.50 per hour for foreman. $1 per hour for all hours worked on afternoon shift. $1.50 per hour for all hours worked on night shift.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Double time after 10 hours per day, all work on Sundays, general holidays.
Meal allowance: After 12 hours work per day, employee will be supplied with hot meal and sufficient time to consume meal.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 100% basic coverage, no per-year maximum. 70% major restorative, maximum $1,000 per year. 50% orthodontics, lifetime maximum $2,000 (child-only benefit).
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $200 per person every 24 months.
Paramedical: 100% reimbursement, maximum $350 per person per year for acupuncture, chiropractor, chiropodist/podiatrist, massage therapist, naturopath, osteopath, psychologist, physiotherapist, speech therapist, audiologist. Maximum $100 per year for athletic therapist.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $50,000.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $50,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employer will contribute to locked-in, DC pension plan, employee contributions will be directed to group RRSP. Employer contributions will be maximum $2.25 (previously $2) for all hours worked.
Bereavement leave: After 6 months of service, 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, children (including common-law, stepchildren), sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren).
Seniority – recall rights: 8 months. 
Probationary period: 90 worked days. 
Safety shoes: $0.15 per hour for approved winter, summer safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply each employee with 3 sets of coveralls per year; insulated coveralls, gloves, safety equipment as required.
Mileage: $0.50 per kilometre for employee who travel to project or job that is beyond corporate limits of town in own vehicle.

Trade level 4 (journeyman carpenters): $34 rising 1 step to $34.34
Trade level 3 (Red Seal concrete finisher >1 year of service): $29.75 rising 1 step to $30.05
Trade level 2 (red-circled): $29.10 rising 1 step to $29.39
Trade level 2 (non-ticketed trades or Red Seal concrete finisher <1 year of service): $28.10 rising 1 step to $28.38
Trade level 1 (non-ticketed trades): $26.80 rising 1 step to $27.07
Production worker level 3: $24.65 rising 1 step to $25.15
Production worker level 2: $23.95 rising 1 step to $24.19
Production worker level 1: $22.55 rising 1 step to $22.78
Labourer: $21.05 rising 1 step to $21.26
Labourer (probationary period): $18.85 rising 1 step to $19.04
Editor’s notes: Hearing aids: $300 per person every 3 years. Union-industry advancement fund: Employer will deduct $0.05 per straight-time hour worked from all employees’ wages and remit to local union as employee contributions to union industry-advancement fund.
