Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2017, to May 31, 2020. Signed on Oct. 24, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 1, 2017: 0.75%
Effective June 1, 2018: 0.75%
Effective June 1, 2019: 2%
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for shifts starting between 6 a.m. and 4:59 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 17 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours after regular shift, double time thereafter. Double time for all work after 8 hours or Saturday or all work on Sunday. 
Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal after 3 hours of overtime or $15 if no meal can be supplied. Employer will not provide frozen meals except in cases of emergency.
Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $1 per hour (previously $0.80 per hour) to Alberta Carpenters Health and Wellness Plan.
Pension: Employer will contribute 3.5%, employees will contribute 3.5% to grandfathered Alberta Carpenters and Allied Workers Pension Plan or employer-sponsored pension plan. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, children (including common-law, stepchildren), sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren).
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at applicable rate.
Probationary period: 4 months of time worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: $0.15 per hour for CSA-approved safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply all employees working outside with winter jackets, head gear, gloves.

Production worker 1 (a): $21.56 rising 2 steps to $22.38
Production worker 1 (b): $22.58 rising 2 steps to $23.43
Production worker 2 (a): $23.60 rising 2 steps to $24.49
Production worker 2 (b): $24.50 rising 2 steps to $25.42
Production worker 3 (a): $25.40 rising 2 steps to $26.36
Production worker 3 (b): $26.39 rising 2 steps to $27.39
Tradesperson 1: $27.38 rising 2 steps to $28.42
Tradesperson 1 (b): $28.36 rising 2 steps to $29.43
Tradesperson 2 (a): $29.34 rising 2 steps to $30.45
Tradesperson 2 (b): $30.63 rising 2 steps to $31.79
Tradesperson 3 (a): $31.92 rising 2 steps to $33.13
