Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2018. Signed on Dec. 2, 2015.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Fall Term 2014: 2%
Effective Fall Term 2015: 2%

Medical benefits: Employer and employees share cost of Manitoba Public School Employees Extended Health Plan.
Dental: Employer and employees share cost of Manitoba Public School Employees Dental Plan.
Sick leave: 20 days per school year. Can be accumulated to a maximum of 40 days in second year, 60 in third year, 80 in fourth year, 100 in fifth year, 124 in sixth year, 128 days in subsequent years.
STD: Employees pay full cost of premiums for plan.
Life insurance: Employer and employees share cost of Manitoba Public Employees Group Life Insurance Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of parent, spouse or child. 4 days for sibling, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandchildren or fiancé(e). 1 day for death of sibling-in-law, grandparent-in-law, aunt or uncle.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year after Sept. 30 following layoff date.

Editor’s notes: Administrative allowances: (Fall 2016 rising in Fall 2017, and again in Fall 2018) Principals: basic allowance of $811.13 plus $762.43 ($835.65 plus $785.47 in 2018) per full-time equivalent teacher in the school, to a maximum of $15,903.89 ($17,046.52 in 2018) per year. Vice-principals: 50% of the principal’s allowance in that school. Acting principals: $2.99 ($3.20 in 2018) per full-time equivalent teacher in the school per day, to a maximum of $34 ($36.44 in 2018) per day. Examination leave: Maximum of one-day leave without loss of salary for the writing of university examination or other final assessment.
