Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2018. Ratified on June 1, 2016. Signed on June 17, 2016. (First agreement)
Wage adjustments: 
Activity coordinators, students
Effective first year: 1.5%
Effective second year: 2.5%
Effective third year: 2.5%
Kitchen, maintenance
Effective first year: 5%
Effective second year: 2.5%
Effective third year: 2.5%
Shift premium: $1.25 per hour when majority of hours are between 3 p.m. and midnight. $1.50 per hour when majority of hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. $1.50 per hour when working between 6 a.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. Monday.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: Full-time: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 11 years, 5 weeks after 21 years, 6 weeks after 26 years. Part-time: 4% to start, 6% after 4 years, 8% after 11 years, 10% after 21 years, 12% after 26 years. Casual: 4%.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 7.5 hours per day, or 8 hours per day. 
Dental: Employer pays 60% of premiums, employee pays 40%. Basic: 80% coverage. Orthodontic: 50% coverage, maximum $1,500 per person lifetime. Maximum $1,500 per person per year for extensive services. 
Sick leave: 1 day per month, maximum 60 days’ credit. 
AD&D: 2 times annual salary.
Life insurance: 2 times annual salary.
Pension: RRSP group plan. Employer will contribute matching funds, maximum 5% gross salary.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, fiancé, legal guardian, child, parent, spouse’s parent, stepparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild). 2 additional days if employee has to travel more than 300 kilometres for funeral. 
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Probationary period: 488 hours for those working 7.5-hour days; 522 hours for those working 8-hour days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
