Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2022. Ratified on April 26, 2017. Signed on April 26, 2017.
Shift premium: $1.45 per hour for work that begins later than midnight, but before 4 a.m. Effective April 1, 2018: $1.55 per hour. Effective April 1, 2019: $1.65 per hour. During juice campaign, process foreman will receive $1 per hour when no shift supervisor is present. $1 per hour for process and warehouse personnel possessing fifth-class power engineer ticket, performing watchman duties.
Paid holidays: 11 days (Farmer’s Day is observed in lieu of Remembrance Day).
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 2 week to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 16 years, 6 weeks after 23 years. May be banked after 16 years of service, maximum 4 weeks. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week during campaign season. Double time after first 4 hours worked. Time and one-half for all work after 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week during inter-campaign season. Double time after first 2 hours worked. 
Meal allowance: Free meal provided when employee works more than 2 hours past normal quitting time. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care.
Dental: 100% coverage for basic dental, 70% for crowns, bridges, dentures, 50% for orthodontics, maximum $3,500 lifetime per child. Maximum $1,500 per family member per year. Effective April 1, 2018: $1,750 per year. Effective April 1, 2019: $2,000 per year.
Vision: $350 per family member every 24 months. 
Weekly indemnity: Beginning on first day after accident, fourth day of illness: 75% of hourly rate, maximum 39 weeks.
Sick leave: 4 days per year, may be accumulated maximum 12 days.
LTD: 60% of earnings, maximum $650 per week. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 2-times annual salary, maximum $100,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 2-times annual salary, maximum $100,000.
Pension: Employer contributes 8%, employee contributes 7%.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, parent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepparent, common-law spouse. 3 days for death of grandchild, grandparents, spouse’s grandparents, sister, brother, stepsibling, son-in-law, daughter-in-law. 2 days for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay. Minimum 3 hours’ pay for specific call-ins for short period of work.
Probationary period: 720 working hours. 
Safety shoes: $300 per year for mandatory safety footwear. Effective April 1, 2018: $325 per year. Effective April 1, 2019: $350 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: 5 pairs of coveralls, 5 sets of shirt and pants per year. 
Tool allowance: $300 per year for recognized tradespersons may be accumulated over 2-year period. Additional $250 per year may be used via payroll deduction to purchase tools. 
Mileage: $0.18 per kilometre when working 8 hours at site away from home factory.
