Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 1, 2016, to June 30, 2019. Signed on Nov. 28, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective first year: –8.5%
Effective second year: 0.0%
Shift premium: Lead hand: 6%. Foreman: 12%. General foreman: 20%. Crane/drilling operator: $0.20/10 ton for +121 ton. Steward: $1 per hour. Steward w/ tool box 1: $1 per hour. Steward w/ tool box 2: $1 per hour. Steward w/ tool box 3: $1.75 per hour. Chief steward w/ tool box 1: $2.25 per hour. Chief steward w/ tool box 2: $2.25 per hour. Chief steward w/ tool box 3: $3 per hour. First aid ticket w/CPR: $0.25 per hour. Welder CWB: $0.50 per hour. Night shift: $1.25 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 6% pay on each cheque.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week. 
Dental: Basic services: 100% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Comprehensive: 50% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Orthodontic: 50% coverage, maximum $3,000 lifetime maximum per child younger than 19.
Vision: Younger than 21: $300 per year. Older than 21: $300 every two years.
STD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $600 per week, maximum 119 days.
LTD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $2,600 per month, after 119 days.
AD&D: $100,000 coverage.
Life insurance: $100,000 coverage.
Pension: CLAC Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, child, legal dependant, parents, parents-in-law, legal guardian, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren).
Probationary period: 3 months. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply gloves, non-prescription safety glasses, fire-retardant coveralls, hearing protection, shields, goggles, particulate masks, breathing apparatuses, fall-arrest equipment, raingear. $250 maximum coverage for 50% of prescription safety eye glasses.
Tool allowance: Specialty tools will be supplied by employer.
