Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2018. Signed on Feb. 26, 2016.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 4 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 9 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours averaging more than 44 per week in a six-week period. 
Meal allowance: Employees pay 20% of cost of on-site food for meal purposes.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (husband, wife, sister, brother, mother, father, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, common-law husband, common-law wife).
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Probationary period: 405 hours or six months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for written or verbal, 24 months for suspensions.
Safety shoes: Employer will provide footwear once per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide all Marché-branded clothing required on the job.

Editor’s notes: Birthday off: Employees are entitled to their birthday off with regular pay. Training pay supplement: Employees who train other employees will receive $1.50 per assigned hour after completion of the training checklist and$ 1.50 per assigned hour after trainee’s probation period is completed.
