Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Signed on Aug. 30, 2017.
Shift premium: $1 per hour between Sunday and Saturday where majority of hours worked falls between 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Effective April 1, 2018: $1.25 per hour. $1.75 per hour between Sunday and Saturday where majority of hours worked falls between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Effective April 1, 2018: $2 per hour. $1.75 per hour between Friday and Monday where majority of hours worked falls between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Effective April 1, 2018: $2 per hour. $1 per hour to employees who hold team-support position on weekends when regular supervisors are not working. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days, or 4% to start, 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 3 years, 20 days or 8% after 6 years, 25 days or 10% after 15 years. Once every 3 years, employees may carry forward vacation time into following year to accommodate vacation, maximum 5 weeks. 
Overtime: Time and one-half after 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week. May be taken as time off. 
Meal allowance: Free meal provided for each 4 hours of overtime worked.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 70% of premiums, employee pays 30% of premiums for benefit service plan, administered by CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund.
Dental: Basic services: 80% reimbursement, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Comprehensive: 50% reimbursement, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Orthodontic: 50% reimbursement, maximum $3,000 lifetime maximum per child younger than 19.
Vision: $300 per year (for dependants younger than 21), $300 every 2 years (for dependants older than 21).
Sick leave: 7.5 hours per month, maximum accumulation 90 hours. Employees who have, at end of year, used less than 1 full day of sick-leave credit will be paid out 3 full days of remaining sick-leave credits.
LTD: 60% of earnings, maximum $1,500 per month per employee, payable after 119 days.
AD&D: Coverage of $50,000.
Life insurance: Coverage of $50,000.
Pension: Employees must choose to contribute either 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, maximum 5% of hourly wage rate into CLAC Pension Plan. Employer will match contribution, maximum 5% (previously 4%). 
Bereavement leave: 5 days (previously 3 days) for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child son-in-law, daughter-in-law. 3 days for death of parent, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild or guardian. Relatives of spouse also included. 2 additional days for travel more than 320 kilometres. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: 3 hours pay at 1.5 times regular rate or actual number of hours worked at 1.5 times regular rate, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: 450 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
