Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2015, to April 30, 2020. Signed on Jan. 12, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective May 1, 2016: $0.53 per hour
Effective May 1, 2017: $0.54 per hour
Effective May 1, 2018: $0.55 per hour
Effective May 1, 2019: $0.63 per hour
Vacations with pay: 4% on each pay.
Overtime: Premium of 50% for all hours worked after 40 hours in 1 examination week. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, child, spouse’s child, mother, father, brother, sister, spouse’s mother, spouse’s father, spouse’s sister, spouse’s brother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, member of family residing with employee, child or spouse’s child not residing with employee. 2 days for death of grandparents, grandchildren. 1 day for death of daughter-in-law, son-in-law. 1 additional day for travel more than 160 kilometres.
Probationary period: The probationary period is completed upon being appointed to third consecutive academic term in hiring unit. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after $1.72 per hour increase):
$12.16 rising 3 steps to $13.88
Editor’s notes: Union executive committee: Employer will pay to union, by June 1 of each year, equivalent of 240 hours. This amount shall be distributed among members of executive committee as seen fit by union. Sick student: If invigilator is required by supervisor to accompany sick student to hospital, she will be compensated, maximum 3 hours in addition to hours worked.
