Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2022. Ratified Jan. 24, 2016. Signed Feb. 17, 2016.
Shift premium: Sunday:  $1.60 per hour (not payable to employees hired after March 23, 2011). Night: 95 cents per hour.  Lead hand: 75 cents per hour. Express cash: 75 cents per hour.  Receiver:  75 cents per hour.  
Paid holidays:  10 days. One floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 4% pay up to 1 year, 2 weeks up to 5 years, 3 weeks up to 10 years, 4 weeks up to 17 years; effective May 1, 2022, 5 weeks for 17 years' service. 
Overtime:  One and one-half for all hours worked in excess of daily schedule or scheduled day off. 
Medical benefits: Direct drug card expenses reimbursed 100% generic, 80% brand-name drugs. $5 deductible per prescription. $400 per year for chiropractor, occupational therapist, naturopath, speech therapist, osteopath or podiatrist. $500 per year for physiotherapist and psychologist. 
Dental: United Food and Commercial Workers Trusteed Plan Ontario, contributions by employer.  
Vision: $200 per 2 years, $50 for eye exams. 
Weekly indemnity: 66 2/3% earnings, to maximum of $500 per week. Maximum 26 weeks. 
Sick leave: 40 hours per year. Unused sick leave paid on Dec. 15 of the following year. 
STD: 66 2/3% earnings, to maximum of $500 per week. Maximum 26 weeks. 
LTD: 66 2/3% earnings, to maximum of $2,000 per month. Maximum age 65. 
AD&D: 1 times annual earnings rounded up to next $1,000 multiple. $12,500 for part-time.
Life insurance: 1 times annual earnings rounded up to next $1,000 multiple. $12,500 for part-time.
Pension: Canadian Commercial Industry Pension Plan, contributions by employer.  
Bereavement leave: 5 days with pay (parent, parent-in-law, spouse, child, stepchild, stepsibling, brother, sister, stepparents, same-sex partner). 3 days  with pay (grandparent, grandparent-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchild, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew). 1 day extra if funeral is more than 240 km away. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Guaranteed 4 hours' pay. 
Probationary period: Full-time 45 days. Part-time 30 shifts/4 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $100 reimbursement. 
Uniforms/clothing: 2 uniforms for workers averaging 16 hours per week. 3 uniforms for workers averaging 28 hours per week.

Lump sum: Full-time workers hired after July 1, 2016 or part-time workers promoted to full-time July 1, 2016 at the end rate  on July 1, 2017, 2018 or 2019, shall receive $1,000.
