Renewal agreement: Effective June 24, 2016, to June 23, 2020. Signed on June 24, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 24, 2016: 1.5%
Effective June 24, 2017: 1.75%
Effective June 24, 2018: 2%
Effective June 24, 2019: 2%
(An additional $0.75 per hour in the first year of the agreement for pipefitters, electricians and millwrights).
Shift premium: $1 per hour for continuous-operation employees working on a Saturday or Sunday.
Paid holidays: 12 days plus 1 additional Christmas to New Year’s floater day.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular daily hours. 
Meal allowance: $7.25 per shift if working more than 2 hours of overtime.
Medical benefits: Maximum $10,000 per year coverage.
Dental: Plan comparable to Blue Cross Plan No. 7 plus rider #1.
Vision: $275 per person (previously $250), every 2 years.
Weekly indemnity: Employee guaranteed $556 per week (maximum 52 weeks). Effective June 24, 2017: $566. Effective June 24, 2018: $576. Effective June 24, 2019: $586.
Life insurance: Group life insurance plan. Effective June 24, 2016: $37,000. Effective June 24, 2017: $38,000. Effective June 24, 2018: $39,000. Effective June 24, 2019: $40,000. (Previously $36,000)
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, child, brother, sister, grandchild, natural parent, spouse of the natural parent, spouse’s natural parent or stepparent, spouses of natural parent or step parent). 2 days to attend funeral of grandparent. 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law. 4 hours to act as a pallbearer.
Seniority – recall rights: Departmental seniority employee: 1 year; plant-wide seniority employee: 3 years. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 640 hours. 
Safety shoes: Company covers 50% of cost of 2 safety boots (3 for paint and blast department) per year. 
Uniforms/clothing: Company covers 50% of cost of gloves.
Tool allowance: $200 per year, maximum $800 for the term of the collective agreement.

Health and safety training: Each employee will receive 16 hours of a joint safety training program, using company and union trainer. National Day of Mourning: On April 28, of each year — in recognition of workers who have sustained injuries in industrial establishments — the plant flag will be lowered to half-mast for the day.
