Renewal agreement: Effective March 5, 2017, to Feb. 29, 2020. Signed on Nov. 30, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour (previously $0.70 per hour) to employees working on shift #3. $0.80 per hour (previously $0.75 per hour) will be paid to employees working on shift #1. $0.70 per hour above range for job group for lead-hands. $0.70 per hour for employee designated to act in absence of lead-hand for 4 consecutive hours or more. $0.25 per hour for routers. $0.50 per hour for heavy-wire drawing operators. For workers on modified work week: $1 per hour for hours worked Sunday to Friday from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. For workers on modified work week: Time and one-half for any hours worked between Friday at 8 p.m. to Sunday at 8 p.m.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 0.83 days per month to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 4 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 11 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day. Double time for all work after 12 hours per day or on Sunday or after 8 hours worked on Saturday.
Meal allowance: $10 for employee who works within 2 hours before start of any shift or who works 2 hours or more beyond regular quitting time. Double allowance for employee working double shift. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employees pay 25% of premiums. Maximum benefit: $2,000 per year (previously $1,950 per year). Effective March 5, 2019: $2,050 per year. Crowns, bridges: 50% reimbursement, maximum $1,450. Orthodontics: Lifetime (up to age 21) maximum of $1,500. 
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $285 every 24 months (previously $280 every 24 months). Effective March 5, 2019: $290 every 24 months.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 70% of wages. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $55,000 (previously $52,500). Effective March 5, 2019: $60,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $55,000 (previously $52,500). Effective March 5, 2019: $60,000. 
Pension: Fergus-negotiated non-contributory pension plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse or partner, son, daughter, stepchildren. 3 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchildren, stepgrandchildren). 1 day for death of grandparent, grandparents-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months with less than 2 years of seniority; 12 months with more than 2 years of seniority; 24 months with more than 4 years of seniority. 
Call-in pay: Minimum of 3 hours’ pay at prevailing overtime rates. 
Probationary period: 12 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 15 months.
Safety shoes: $225 per year for safety shoes. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide 9 pairs of coveralls and cleaning for each millwright, electrician, machinist. $80 for hi-vis winter coat every 2 years for PVC operators, production tow-motor, service tow-motor, warehouse, routers, millwrights, electricians, maintenance stores, extrusion lead-hands. Additional $55 for production tow-motor and service tow-motor classifications for winter pants. 
Tool allowance: $330 per year (previously $325 per year) for replacement tools for maintenance employees. Effective March 3, 2019: $335 per year.

After probation: $25.79 rising 2 steps to $26.57
After 90 days worked: $26.15 rising 2 steps to $26.94
After 135 days worked: $26.52 rising 2 steps to $27.32
Pay group 2 (cabling, wire drawing, repair/rewind, weld line, bare wire lead hand, heavy-wire drawing, bunching/stranding, die maintenance, armouring, armouring/utility, packaging lead-hand)
Start rate: $25.33 rising 2 steps to $26.10
After probation: $25.91 rising 2 steps to $26.70
After 90 days worked: $26.39 rising 2 steps to $27.19
After 135 days worked: $26.89 rising 2 steps to $27.70
Pay group 3 (P.V.C. compounding, Q.A. inspector/technician, rewinder/tester, compounding lead hand, maintenance stores, extruder operator, extrusion lead-hand)
Start rate: $25.33 rising 2 steps to $26.10
After probation: $26.37 rising 2 steps to $27.17
After 90 days worked: $26.93 rising 2 steps to $27.74
After 135 days worked: $27.51 rising 2 steps to $28.34
Pay group 4 (machinist, millwright, electrician, maintenance lead-hand, electrical lead-hand)

After probation: $31.56 rising 2 steps to $32.51
Pay group 5 (cam technician)
Start rate: $31.90 rising 2 steps to $32.87
After probation: $32.70 rising 2 steps to $33.69
