Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on Jan. 1, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 1.9%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: When more than 50% of shift falls between 5 p.m. and midnight, employee will be paid $0.72 per hour for each hour between 5 p.m. and midnight. When major portion of shift falls between midnight and 8 a.m., employee will be paid $0.82 per hour for each hour worked on night shift between midnight and 8 a.m. Additional one-half time for all work on Sunday. Tower premium: When employee works on bridge, tower crossing, radio or microwave structure, or pole where the elevation is 65 feet to 200 feet above base of structure, employee will receive premium 1 times basic hourly rate for each hour worked, minimum 1 hour. When employees work at heights of more than 200 feet, premium will be 2 times basic hourly rate for each hour worked. $2 per hour for work performed between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on extended shift for clerical employees. $2 per hour for work performed between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on extended shift for customer service and retail sales employees.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus additional floating holiday. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 15 years, 30 days after 23 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked in excess of basic scheduled hours per day or per week. 
Meal allowance: Employee may claim overtime meal allowance, maximum of current meal per diem rates when working 2 or more hours before or after shift and each additional 4 hours of overtime worked. 
Sick leave: Maximum 5 days after more than 3 months; maximum 7 days after more than 2 years; maximum 10 days after more than 5 years.
Bereavement leave: 5 days (previously 3 days) for death of spouse, same-sex partner, common-law spouse, child, stepchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchild, parent, spouse’s parents, common-law spouse’s parents, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, any member of household considered to be part of immediate family. 3 days for death of aunt, uncle, grandparents, grandparents of employee’s spouse or common-law spouse.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at double time. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: After 1 year of service: 1 week’s pay per year. After 6 years of service: 2 weeks’ pay per year. After 16 years of service: 3 weeks’ pay per year. 
Mileage: $0.60 per kilometre.
