Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 5 working days (Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday) of 7.5 hours each (37.5 hours per week). For employees assigned to Monday to Friday, work commencing Saturday and Sunday will be considered apremium days. For employees assigned to a Tuesday to Saturday shift, work commencing Sunday and Monday will be considered premium days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a premium day.
Medical benefits: The employer pays basic cost of coverage provided by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan. The company provides Health and Welfare Plan for all employees who have completed their 45-day probationary period equal to that provided by the Teamsters Local 879.
Pension: A “money purchase” type plan. For employees with up to 5 years’ service: employee share 2% of regular earnings per week, employer share 2% of regular earnings per week. For employees with 5 to 10 years of service: employee share 4% of regular earnings per week, employer share 4% of regular earnings per week. For employees with 10 or more years of service: employee share 5% of regular earnings per week, employer share 5% of regular earnings per week.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for death of mother, father, husband, wife, son, daughter, sister, brother, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law.

Classification 1 (payroll, cashier, tracing, OS&D, operations clerk)
Cambridge: $17.37 rising in 2 steps to $18
Windsor: $17.50 rising in 2 steps to $18.
Editor’s notes: Overtime: If employee is required to work on 11 recognized holidays, he shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half his regular rate of pay in addition to receiving statutory holiday pay.
