Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2018, to April 30, 2021. Ratified on July 21, 2018. Signed on May 1, 2018.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for work outside hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Effective May 1, 2019: $1.10 per hour. $1 per hour for all work on Sunday. $1 per hour for lead hands, chief electricians, chief millwrights, chief engineers. $0.50 per hour for swing-relief positions. $0.50 per hour for employees working in general plant labour classification A or B on 4L debagging position.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: Prorated, maximum 2 weeks to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, 6 weeks after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 10 hours per day or 40 hours per week or 4 days work per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer will pay 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care.
Dental: Employer will pay 100% of premiums. 60% reimbursement for major restorative. Maximum $2,000 per year. 
Vision: Employer will pay 100% of premiums. $250 per 24-month period (previously $175 per 24-month period).
Sick leave: 7 days per year, after 1 year of service. 
Pension: Employer will contribute $2.20 per hour to Teamsters Pension Plan. Effective May 1, 2019: $2.25 per hour. Effective May 1, 2020: $2.30 per hour.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parents, child, brother, sister, step-father, step-mother, step-brother, step-sister, grandparents, mother-in law and father-in law). 2 additional days for travel to funeral outside province.
Seniority – recall rights: 9 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at overtime rates for maintenance employees.
Probationary period: 90 days worked (previously 60 days worked). 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 30 months.
Severance: 2 week’s pay for each year of service, maximum 20 years of service.
Safety shoes: $175 per year (previously $165 per year). 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide and launder, without charge, designated outer work-clothing required by plant employees.
Tool allowance: $240 per year (previously $230 per year) to all plant maintenance employees who are required to provide own tools.

Swing relief 2: $26.63 rising 2 steps to $27.71
Filler-machine operator: $26.02 rising 2 steps to $27.07
Caser operator: $26.02 rising 2 steps to $27.07
Shunt driver: $26.02 rising 2 steps to $27.07
