Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2017, to Jan. 31, 2020. Signed on May 4, 2017.
Shift premium: $1.05 per hour for lead-hands. $0.95 per hour for any shift commencing at 2 p.m. or later. 
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus company will close by 1 p.m. on Christmas Eve. 1 additional floating holiday that cannot be taken during June, July, August, December.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, 6 weeks after 30 years. No more than 2 weeks of vacation may be taken between mid-June and mid-August.
Overtime: Time and one-half to plant, warehouse, vending, sales employees for all hours worked after normal work shift or those hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. Double time after 2 hours' overtime worked in any day. Time and one-half for each hour worked on first extra shift worked between Monday and Sunday, after 40 or 36 hours in same week. Double time for each hour worked on second and third extra shifts worked between Monday and Sunday. May be banked, maximum 80 hours per year. 
Meal allowance: $12.50 if sales, production employee works in excess of 2 hours beyond regular (8-, 10- or 12-hour) shift.
Sick leave: After 1 year of service, 7 days per year (prorated for employees with 6 months of service). Employees who use 3 sick days or less will receive additional 8 sick hours of pay-equivalent bonus. This bonus will be paid in last pay period in January or last pay period in June, whichever employee prefers.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of wife, husband, mother, father, child, brother, sister. 3 days for death of mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchildren, grandparents. 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law, niece, nephew, aunt, uncle.
Probationary period: 70 days worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: 1 week for every year of service, up to 8 years; 2 weeks for every year of service, after 8 years; 3 weeks for every year of service, after 15 years.
Safety shoes: $280 per year (previously $275 per year) for CSA-approved safety boots.
Uniforms/clothing: All employees are required to wear uniforms, safety boots, head-gear, glasses for which employer has paid. Employees will wear equipment during all working hours. Employer will pay 60% of costs of required clothing, plus full cost of dry-cleaning and laundering. Each sales, vending employee will be supplied with 1 rain coat/jacket for 2 years as of signature of collective agreement. Employer will supply raincoats, winter jackets to warehouse employees who need them for work.

Spare/ helper: $20.25 rising 2 steps to $21.10
FSV/bulk: $25.50 rising 2 steps to $26.35
Vendor serviceman class 1: $26.04 rising 2 steps to $26.89
Vendor serviceman class 2: $24.48 rising 2 steps to $25.33 
Vendor serviceman class 3: $23.60 rising 2 steps to $24.45 
Equipment move: $21.25 rising 2 steps to $22.10
Classified A (general help): $22.38 rising 2 steps to $23.23
Classified B (machine operator, premix/postmix, assistant shipper, assistant receiver, forklift operator, floor scrubber, sanitation, general duties): $23.60 rising 2 steps to $24.45 
Classified C (syrup mixing, premix/postmix, quality control, 6-month mechanic): $24.48 rising 2 steps to $25.33 
Classified D (lead-hand, first-year mechanic, shipper/receiver): $24.65 rising 2 steps to $25.50 
Classified E (mechanic): $28.04 rising 2 steps to $28.89
