Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2018, to Feb. 28, 2021. Ratified on June 28, 2018. Signed on March 1, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 25, 2018: 1.5%
Effective March 1, 2019: 1.5%
Effective March 1, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: $2 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 8 p.m. and 11 a.m. $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. on Sunday. $4 per hour for all work as sole staff member in complex.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 4 years, 20 days or 8% after 10 years, 25 days or 10% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 or 8.25 hours per day or more than 160 hours per 4-week period. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 80% of expenses covered. $300 per year ($150 per year for part-time employees) for health-spending account. 
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 100% of expenses covered (based on Alberta dental fee guide).
Sick leave: 1 1/4 days per month, maximum 60 days accumulated. 
Life insurance: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $25,000.
Pension: After 1,040 hours of service, employer, employee will make matching contributions to RRSP. Maximum 4% after 1 year of service; maximum 5% after 5 years of service; maximum 6% after 10 years of service; maximum 7% after 15 years of service. 
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, partner, daughter, son, sister, brother, mother, father, parent-in-law, brother or sister-in-law, niece, nephew, aunt, uncle, grandparents, step-family members). 2 additional days if funeral is 250 miles away. One half day to attend funeral as pallbearer.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 4 months for full-time employees; equivalent number of hours worked for part-time employees.
Discipline: Disciplinary notices will have expiration date that is relevant to severity of discipline.
