Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2015, to Feb. 28, 2020. Signed on Sept. 14, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 1, 2015: 1.5%
Effective March 1, 2016: 1.75%
Effective March 1, 2017: 2%
Effective March 1, 2018: 2.25%
Effective March 1, 2019: 2.5%
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time for hours worked after 11 hours per day or 48 hours per week. May be banked, maximum $1,000 per year.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums. $25 deductible for single, $50 for family coverage.
Dental: Basic dental: 80% coverage, maximum $1,500 per year. Major restorative: 50% coverage, maximum $1,500 per year. Orthodontic: 50% coverage, maximum $3,500 lifetime. 
Vision: $300 every 24 months, $50 for eye exams. 
Paramedical: $500 per year.
Sick leave: 2 sick days per year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, son, daughter, sister, brother, spouse, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents, stepchildren, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months for up to 12 months’ seniority. 12 months for up to 60 months’ seniority. 24 months for more than 60 months’ seniority 
Probationary period: 360 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Uniforms/clothing: $0.70 per shift laundry allowance. Employer supplies gloves or will reimburse employees $20 per year.

Cage supervisor: $15.68 rising 3 steps to $16.76
Slot att./cashier: $13.84 rising 3 steps to $14.79
Gaming security officer: $17.62 rising 3 steps to $18.83
Sample rates of hourly pay for bingo employees hired prior to Nov. 3, 2015 (current, after 6.9% increase):
Bingo coordinator: $18.66 rising 3 steps to $19.95
Bingo caller: $17.76 rising 3 steps to $18.99
Bingo cashier: $14.35 rising 3 steps to $15.34
Bingo runner: $13.03 rising 3 steps to $13.93
Sample rates of hourly pay for bingo employees hired after Nov. 3, 2015 (current):
Bingo coordinator: $18.07
Bingo caller: $17.20
Bingo cashier: $13.89
Bingo runner: $12.62
Editor’s notes: Meetings, training pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay for employees required to attend staff meetings or training. Anti-harassment training: Employer contributes $500 to cover cost of anti-harassment training course. Humanity fund: Employer submits $20 per employee per year for United Steelworkers Humanity Fund. Bistro discount: Employees will receive 20% discount on food purchased in bistro. Identification badges: $25 reimbursement for Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch of B.C. registration fees.
