PortsToronto and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) — representing 91 of its employees — reached a tentative agreement on March 30.

"PortsToronto and CUPE 416 are pleased to announce the parties have reached a tentative collective agreement subject to ratification" said the Toronto Civic Employees Union (TCEU), Local 416 of CUPE and PortsToronto in a joint statement.

The parties reached the agreement following a lengthy bargaining session. A ratification vote will be held on April 11, said the union.

Details are not being released.
