Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2015, to May 31, 2020. Signed on June 1, 2015.

Wage adjustments:
Effective June 1, 2015: 3%
Effective June 1, 2016: 2%
Effective June 1, 2017: 2.5%
Effective June 4, 2018: 2.25%
Effective June 1, 2019: 2.25%

Shift premium: $1 per hour for lead hand. $1 per hour for any shift starting after 12 p.m.

Paid holidays: 10 days.

Vacations with pay: 1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee’s father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent or grandchild.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours of pay.

Probationary period: 60 days worked.

Safety shoes: $225 semi-annual allowance.

Uniforms/clothing: Winter gear will be provided by the employer as necessary.

Tool allowance: $600 per year for mechanics.

Roll off/boom: $22.23
Swing: $24.22
Rear/side: $19.14
Tractor trailer: $24.22
Loader/thrower: $15.76
Licensed mechanic: $30.10
Apprentice 2: $23.07
Apprentice 3: $27
Registered apprentice: $17.39
Licensed welder: $20.26
Welder/container maintenance; $15.76
Tire/maintenance: $20.29
Sorter/yard maintenance: $13.50
Equipment operator: $18
