United Food and Commercial Workers Canada (UFCW), Local 501 members at Molson-Coors recently achieved a new contract on Aug. 20 that will affect 115 employees in Quebec.

Working at Molson-Coors locations in Quebec City, Trois-Rivières and Val-d’Or, Local 501 members will see gains with their new contract, including annual wage increases between one and 1.5 per cent for members at the end rate on the wage scale, a $1,000 signing bonus, a $500 lump-sum payment in the second year of the deal and an increase to the DC pension plan for the optional portion of employees at level 7, said the union.
