Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2013, to Dec. 31, 2018. Signed on Jan. 7, 2016.

Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 1.2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1.2%

Paid holidays: 11 days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a named holiday.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half when employee must work beyond 8 hours in one day or 44 hours in 1 week.

Bereavement leave: 4 days for the death of employee’s mother, father, brother, sister, wife, husband, common-law spouse, same-sex partner, child, foster child, guardian, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents, spouse’s grandparents.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay.

Probationary period: 4 months for full-time employees, 3 months for part-time employees.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.

Safety shoes: $75 per year.

Uniforms/clothing: 2 pairs of trousers, 5 shirts, 2 ties, 1 sweater, 1 3-in-1 jacket, 1 pair of wind pants, 1 toque provided for full-time employees. 1 pair of trousers, 2 shirts, 1 tie, 1 sweater, 1 3-in-1 jacket, 1 pair of wind pants, 1 toque for part-time employees.

Hostler: $28.88 per hour, rising in 12 steps to $33.98
Labourer: $30.37, rising in 12 steps to $35.73
Shelter maintenance: $30.37, rising in 12 steps to $35.73
Customer service representative: $30.97, rising in 12 steps to $36.44
Transit technician: $32.48, rising in 12 steps to $38.21
Transit operator, conventional: $32.48, rising in 12 steps to $38.21
Transit operator, specialized: $32.48, rising in 12 steps to $38.21
