Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 18, 2017, to Nov. 17, 2020. Signed on Nov. 18, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.35 per hour for hours worked between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. $0.40 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Paid holidays: 12 days (includes day before Christmas Day, day before New Year’s Day), plus 1 floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 1 week or 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years, 1 additional day per year of service after 25 years, maximum 5 days. To encourage employees to take vacations during December, January, February, March, vacation bonus of $40 per full week of vacation taken will be paid to employees who take vacation during aforesaid months. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per 24-hour period or after 40 hours per week or for work on Saturday. Double time for work on Sunday or after 12 hours per 24-hour period or after 8 hours on Saturday.
Meal allowance: $10 for employees who work more than 2 hours directly after regular shift.
Medical benefits: Employer will provide major medical plan to provide benefits for such items as private-duty nursing and dental treatment in case of accident.
Dental: Employer will pay for dentures and maintenance of them at 50%. Employer will pay 50% of orthodontic billing, lifetime maximum $2,500 per employee dependant.
Vision: $225 every 2 years for glasses.
Weekly indemnity: Coverage of $540 per week (previously $525 per week). Effective Dec. 1, 2019: $555 per week.
AD&D: Coverage of $30,100.
Life insurance: Coverage of $34,500.
Pension: DB plan for employees hired prior to Nov. 17, 2008. Employees who have completed probationary period, including employees in DB Plan, will receive annual company contribution of $2,550 to RRSP payable on Nov. 17, 2018; $2,600 on Nov. 17, 2019; $2,650 on Nov. 17, 2020.
Bereavement leave: 7 days for death of spouse, child. 4 days for death of mother, father. 3 days for death of mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren. 1 day for death of sister-in-law, brother-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year with less than 5 years of seniority, 2 years after 5 years of seniority. 
Probationary period: 720 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months. Employee’s disciplinary record will be frozen during periods of layoff due to lack of work.
Severance: 1 week’s wages per year of service, maximum 30 weeks for planned relocation of operations or planned permanent closure.
Safety shoes: $145 per year. Additional $10 allowance for employees purchasing boots with metatarsal guards.

Maintenance/janitor/utility material handler: $24.38 rising 3 steps to $25.28
Cycle counter/utility teardown/utility commercial assembly/utility (Rheem/Raypak): $24.60 rising 3 steps to $25.50
Truck driver/utility receiver/utility: $24.82 rising 3 steps to $25.72
Lead-hand/shipper: $25.48 rising 3 steps to $26.38
