Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Ratified on March 6, 2018. Signed on March 6, 2018.
Shift premium: $2 per hour when there is no RN on site and LPN is in charge of facility. $2.50 per hour (previously $2.25 per hour) for all hours worked between 11 p.m. on Friday and 11 p.m. on Sunday. $2.25 per hour (previously $2 per hour) for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. (in addition to weekend premium, if applicable). $0.75 per hour (previously $0.50 per hour) for all hours worked between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. (in addition to weekend premium, if applicable). $1.50 per hour to employees designated as bus-drivers.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days to start, 15 days or 6% after 1 year, 20 days or 8% after 6 years, 25 days or 10% after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.5 or 7.75 hours per day. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan.
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 80% for basic services. 50% for extensive services. 50% for orthodontic services. Maximum $2,500 per insured person per year for basic and extensive services. $1,500 lifetime maximum for orthodontics.
Sick leave: 1 day per month of employment, maximum 
120 days.
AD&D: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of $35,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of $35,000.
Pension: Employer will provide DC plan. Twice per month, employer and employee will make 3% contribution to plan. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (children, parents, brothers, sisters, spouse, common-law spouse, grandparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild, fiancée, guardian, stepparent, stepchildren, stepbrother, stepsister). Additional 2 days if funeral is more than 300 kilometres away. Leave without pay may be granted for death of other relatives or close friends.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Probationary period: 487.5 hours worked.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
