Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 25, 2017, to Sept. 24, 2021. Ratified on Sept. 25, 2017. Signed on July 19, 2018. (First agreement)
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 30, 2018: 2%
Effective Sept. 30, 2019: 2%
Effective Sept. 30, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: $2 per hour for first-aid attendants. $0.75 per hour for working night shift (midnight to 7 a.m.). High-limit premium: $1 per hour for VIP supervisor; $0.50 per hour for VIP dealer. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 5 years, 20 days or 8% after 10 years, 25 days or 10% after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 or 10 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time for work after 12 hours per workday. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $275 every 24 months if 18 or older and every 12 months if 17 or younger (includes laser eye corrective surgery, eye examinations). 
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Maximum $275 every 24 months if 18 or older, every 12 months if 17 or younger.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Sick leave: 3 days every Jan. 1. Unused sick days will be paid out at end of year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parent, guardian, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, sibling, child, grandchild, someone living with employee as member of family).
Seniority – recall rights: 13 weeks in any period of 20 consecutive weeks. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at applicable overtime rates.
Probationary period: 650 hours or 5 months worked, whichever is greater. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 17 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will clean uniforms or pay $1.25 per shift for supervisors and security officers, $1 per shift for all other employees.
