Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2016, to May 31, 2019. Ratified on May 14, 2016. Signed on July 27, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 1, 2016: $0.15 per hour
Effective June 1, 2017: $0.20 per hour
Effective June 1, 2018: $0.25 per hour
Shift premium: $0.25 per hour for all hours worked between 4 p.m. to midnight. Working foreman: $0.25 per hour. Employees operating a conveyor-equipped ready-mix truck will be paid a flat premium $10.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 4.5 weeks or 9% after 20 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 9 hours per day (8 hours on Friday) or 44 hours per week. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a Saturday. Double time for all hours worked on a Sunday. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10%.
Vision: $300 every 2 years. 
Pension: $560 per month (after 6 months employment) to group RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, spouse, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchildren, stepparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, niece, nephew).
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months.
Probationary period: 60 days. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide rain suits, coveralls. 
Tool allowance: Employer will supply power, specialized tools.

Mixer driver: $27.71 rising 3 steps to $28.31
Satcher driver: $27.71 rising 3 steps to $28.31
Licensed mechanic: $28.57 rising 3 steps to $29.17
Labourer: $27.18 rising 3 steps to $27.78
Pump truck operator: $28.73 rising 3 steps to $29.33
Yard man: $27.86 rising 3 steps to $28.46
Tractor trailer mixer: $27.71 rising 3 steps to $28.31
Apprentice mechanic: $28.57 rising 3 steps to $29.17
Editor’s notes: Loss of licence: On a 1-time only basis, any driver who loses driving privileges will automatically be granted a leave of absence for up to 12 months, but without entitlement to any benefits.
