Wage adjustments: 
Effective Oct. 1, 2019: 1%
Effective Oct. 1, 2020: 1%
Effective Oct. 1, 2021: 1%
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 84 hours per biweekly pay period. 
Meal allowance: Free meal (subject to availability) after 3 hours of overtime. 
Sick leave: Employees will earn 7.5 hours income protection credits per 162.5 hours worked, maximum 3 days per year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse (including common-law, same sex relationship), fiancé(e), grandparent, child, sister-in-law, parent, brother-in-law, stepchild, parent-in-law, brother, son-in-law, sister, daughter-in-law, legal guardian, foster parent, niece, nephew, aunt, uncle. 1 day for death of another relative or close friend.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 503.75 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months for written warning, disciplinary suspensions; 36 months for suspensions for abuse or neglect.
