Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2017. Signed on Sept. 22, 2015.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 4, 2015: 0%
Effective Jan. 3, 2016: 0.5%
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 2%
Shift premium: Custodial night team leader: $1.31 per hour; day team leader: $2.37 per hour; wheelchair bus drivers: $0.65 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time-and-one-half for first 8 hours worked over the regular working shift in any one day, double-time thereafter. If employee is called in after returning home from regular shift, time-and-one-half before midnight and double-time after midnight. Double-time for Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. Double-time before 7 a.m. to start school buses in cold weather.
Meal allowance: $12 if employee is required to work at least 3 hours beyond regular shift and is unable to go home, and for out-of-town field trips that extend through lunch breaks.
Medical, dental, vision, paramedical benefits: Employer pays full cost of premium for plan.
Sick leave: 2 days per working month, accumulative to 125 days.
LTD: Employer pays full cost.
Life insurance: 2 times annual salary with a cost-share formula where employer pays the first 1x salary. 
Pension: Employer matches employee contributions to Manitoba School Boards Association Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for the death of a spouse, common-law partner, children, children of spouse or common-law partner, grandchildren, foster children or parents. 3 days for the death of a sibling, in-law, grandparent, or other relative living in the same household.
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years.
Call-in pay: Time-and-one-half with a minimum of 2 hours for each call.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Safety shoes: Employer will share cost of footwear on a 50-50 basis.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will share cost of work clothing on a 50-50 basis.

Custodial: $22.90 per hour, $23.36
Custodial with 5th class certificate or custodial certificate: $23.70, $24.17
Custodial with 5th class certificate and custodial certificate: $24.36, $24.85
Courier: $23.54, $24.01
Courier with professional development certificate: $24.34, $24.83
Utility: $24.71, $25.20
Utility with 5th class certificate or professional development certificate: $25.51, $26.02
Utility with 5th class certificate and professional development certificate: $26.17, $26.69
