Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 23, 2016, to Nov. 22, 2020. Ratified on May 5, 2017. Signed on May 5, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Nov. 23, 2016: 1.50%
Effective Nov. 23, 2014: 1.50%
Effective Nov. 23, 2018: 1.25%
Effective Nov. 23, 2019: 1.25%
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks or after 1 year, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 16 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 per day or 40 hours per week, whichever is greater. 
Pension: Employer will match employee’s RRSP contribution, maximum 6%.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of current spouse, parent, child. 3 days for death in immediate family (grandparent, grandchild, guardian, parent of spouse, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent of spouse, related dependents of employee). One-half or 1 day for death in extended family.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $155 per year (previously $150 per year) for full-time employees. Part-time employees pay the first $30, employer pays remaining costs, maximum $105 per year (previously $100 per year). Footwear must be CSA-approved for events services and maintenance departments, non-slip or CSA-approved or kitchen and stewarding departments.
