Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2019. Ratified on Nov. 10, 2016. Signed on April 1, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2017: 2%
Effective April 1, 2018: 2.5%
Shift premium: Days (D shift): $0.85 per hour; effective April 1, 2017: $0.87 per hour; effective April 1, 2018: $0.89 per hour. Afternoons (C shift): $1.72 per hour; effective April 1, 2017: $1.75 per hour; effective April 1, 2018: $1.79 per hour. Nights (A shift): $3.05 per hour; effective April 1, 2017: $3.11 per hour; effective April 1, 2018: $3.19 per hour. Maintenance shift (G shift): $2.41 per hour; effective April 1, 2017: $2.46 per hour; effective April 1, 2018: $2.52 per hour. Shift premiums for all hours worked in a continuous 7- day rotation: Effective April 1, 2016: $1.87 per hour; effective April 1, 2017: $1.91 per hour; effective April 1, 2018: $1.96 per hour. Shift workers not working a continuous 7-day rotation: Effective April 1, 2016 $1.50 per hour; effective April 1, 2017 $1.53 per hour; effective April 1, 2018 $1.57 per hour. Shift workers working a continuous 7-day rotation on straight days: Effective April 1, 2016: $1.20 per hour; effective April 1, 2017: $1.22 per hour; effective April 1, 2018: $1.25 per hour. 
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus additional day on first Friday in March. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start, maximum 15 days, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 8 years, 25 days after 17 years, 30 days after 24 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after regular hours. Triple time for work on holidays. Double time hours can be banked, maximum 37.5 hours for maintenance employees, 40 hours for day-shift employees (CMH/fertilizer handling) and 48 hours for operations employees.
Meal allowance: Meal will be provided for any work after 10 hours per day, another meal after subsequent 4 hours worked.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for company-sponsored medical/surgical/major medical group insurance plan. Employer pays 100% of Alberta health care premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 70% of employee’s hourly wage, maximum $7,500 per month.
AD&D: $100,000 coverage.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for $100,000 coverage under group life insurance policy.
Pension: Company will contribute 8% of employee’s pay to company group RRSP after 120 days of employment.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (parents, brothers, sisters, spouse, common-law spouse, children, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchildren). 3 days for death of grandparent, brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Probationary period: 120 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 36 months.
Severance: 3 week’s pay per year of service, maximum 52 weeks.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply and launder 3 pairs of coveralls per employee.

Editor’s notes: Health and wellness account: $250 per year per employee for term of collective agreement to be used for: fitness club memberships; registration fees for fitness-related programs or lessons (aerobic classes, yoga, dance lessons, figure skating); sports team memberships and registration fees; annual memberships (golf, court fees, green fees, ski passes, lift tickets and race registrations); personal trainers, fitness consultants, lifestyle consultants, exercise physiologists; fitness equipment (durable equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes). Health spending account: $500 per year.
