Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on March 27, 2018. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Dec. 31, 2017: 2%
Effective Jan. 6, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 5, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: $1.05 per hour for all work during 12-hour night shift.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 2 floating holidays and one day before Christmas. 
Vacations with pay: 1 week or 4% after 6 months, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years. 
Overtime: Continental-shift workers: Time and one-half for all work after 84 hours (period A) or 76 hours (period B) in 2-week period. Double time for all overtime hours after 16 hours (period A, B). Other workers: Time and one-half for all work up to 45, 48 hours per week or on Saturday. Double time for all work after 45, 48 hours per week or on Sunday. May be banked. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Health-spending account: $250 per year. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 50%, overall combined maximum $3,000 per year per dependant for routine, major restorative work. Orthodontic: $2,000 per family for children younger than 18.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $400 (employee) and $250 (spouse/dependant) once every 24 months, towards eye examination or combined purchase of prescription glasses, contact lenses.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of weekly earnings, maximum 105 days.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 60% of employees’ monthly salary, starting on day 106 of disability. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Employees hired after July 1, 2002, will be enrolled in defined contribution pension plan. Employee contributes 3%, employer contributes 2.25% to start; employee contributes 4%, employer contributes 3% after 3 years of service; employee contributes 5%, employer contributes 3.75% after 10 years of service. 
Bereavement leave: 40 hours for death of spouse, child, parent, brother, sister, grandchild. 24 hours for death of grandparent, great grandparent, parent-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months for employees with less than 10 years of seniority; 36 months for employees with 10 years of seniority. 
Probationary period: Production/hourly employees: 640 regular hours. Office/salaried employees: 600 regular hours.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Safety shoes: $150 (including taxes) per year for employees who regularly work in any area designated as safety-shoe area by joint environmental, health and safety committee. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide hearing-protection devices, work smocks, special gloves, coveralls, safety glasses, safety helmets, safety harnesses.
