Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on March 26, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 2.25%
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 49 months, 4 weeks or 8% after 97 months, 5 weeks of 10% after 145 months, 6 weeks or 12% after 180 months. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per shift and all shifts greater than 10 shifts per 2-week period. 
Meal allowance: Free meal after each 4 hours of overtime. Free meals are taxable benefits. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for employees hired before Dec. 31, 2012. Employer pays 80% of premiums, employees pay 20% of premiums for employees hired after Jan. 1, 2013.
Dental: 80% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person per year for basic services. 50% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person per year for comprehensive services. 50% coverage, lifetime maximum $3,000 per child younger than 19 for orthodontic services.
Vision: $300 per year for employee, family members younger than 21. $300 every 2 years for employee, family members older than 21.
Sick leave: 12 hours per month of employment after completing probationary period. Maximum accumulation per year: 144 hours. Maximum cumulative accumulation: 960 hours. Unused hours payable at retirement at rate of 25 per cent after 15 years of employment (provided employee has 60% or greater of sick leave remaining). 
LTD: 60% of earnings, maximum $1,500 per month, payable after 119 days. 
AD&D: Coverage of $50,000.
Life insurance: Coverage of $50,000.
Pension: Employer will contribute to CLAC Pension Plan. Mandatory enrollment for employees hired after March 1, 2009, after 6 months of service. Employee contributes minimum 5% to plan. Employees hired before Feb. 28, 2009, will have option to remain enrolled in previously offered RRSP or make onetime switch to CLAC pension plan. For those in RRSP and CLAC Pension Plan, employer will contribute 5% to start; 5.5% after 5 years of service; 6% after 10 years of service; 6.5% after 15 years of service; 7% after 20 years of service. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, parent, grandparent, child, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild. Unpaid leave of absence may be granted to attend funeral of close relatives. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months after 1 year of service; 24 months after 3 years of service; 36 months after 10 years of service.
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at time and one-half.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Kitchen staff will be provided with aprons, free of charge, if aprons must be worn during work. $100 once per year (for employees completing 1,040 hours worked) as shoe and work-clothing allowance. Footwear must meet standards laid out by Alberta occupational health and safety regulations.
