Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 28, 2016, to March 31, 2018. Signed on April 11, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2016: 2%
Effective April 1, 2017: 2%
Paid holidays: 12 days. Holiday season leave: Employees will be granted leave between 1 p.m. Dec. 24 through Dec. 31 inclusive.
Vacations with pay: 15 days or 120 hours to start, 20 days or 160 hours after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work in excess of 116 hours over 4 work weeks. May be banked and taken as time off. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Community Services Benefits Trust (CSBT) Plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Paramedical: $750 per year for chiropractic services.
Weekly indemnity: Employee pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 6 days per year, maximum 20 days banked. 2 days or 16 hours flex leave for medical, dental, optometrist, chiropractor appointments. Employee may use 2 days to travel outside Yukon for medical treatment.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: After 1 year of service, employee may contribute — maximum $2,400 per year — to RRSP-matching program. Employer will match employee contributions, maximum $2,400 per year.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of family member (mother, father, sister, brother, stepfather, stepmother, stepsibling, foster-parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, spouse, son, daughter, stepchild, ward, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, any relative residing in employee’s household).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Greater of overtime rate for any time worked, plus 2 hours’ pay at straight time or 4 hours pay at straight time rate.
Probationary period: 450 hours or 6 months, whichever comes first. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: After 6 months: 1 week; after 1 year: 3 weeks; after 3 years: 4 weeks; after 4 years: 5 weeks; after 5 years: 6 weeks.

Office assistant: $21.69 rising 4 steps to $23.60
Executive assistant: $23.43 rising 4 steps to $25.41
Support worker: $19.55 rising 4 steps to $21.37
Support worker relief
Day rate: $17.25 rising 4 steps to $18.98
Night rate: $11.76 rising 4 steps to $14.29
Support worker night: $12.93 rising 4 steps to $15.50
Signing bonus: $75 per month for each month employed from April 2015, through March 2016.
Editor’s notes: Travel time: Maximum 8 hours’ per day for any work-related travel time (including airport check-in and check-out). If required, employer will provide employee with employer vehicle and gas card. Employer will provide employee with per-diem allowance of $50 for meals and other expenses. Yukon bonus: $2,242 on first anniversary of employment and on each anniversary date thereafter.
